Brizo Power – Refund Policy

  1. Scope of Services

We provide dispatch coordination, dry‑van, flatbed, and reefer trucking services, and logistics management solutions

  1. Service Fees & Payment Terms

Clients are invoiced per shipment or per dispatch service as specified in the Service Agreement. Full or partial payments are due as outlined in the agreement or quote.

  1. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be issued, at Brizo Power’s sole discretion, if all of the following conditions are met:

    You let us know within 7 days of the invoice date.

    The claimed issue involves services not rendered, significantly delayed dispatch, or material breach of the Service Agreement.

    The client cooperates with our investigation and provides all necessary documentation and details.

  1. Exceptions – Non‑Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if:

    The client cancels after dispatch has commenced or the carrier has been assigned.

    Delays or issues are outside Brizo Power’s control, including acts of carriers, weather, regulatory delays, or force majeure events.

    Services were performed as contracted, even if the client is later dissatisfied (e.g., market conditions changed, or a carrier’s performance).

    You request a refund more than 30 days after we issued the invoice.

  1. Refund Process

    Submit a refund request via email to brizopowerllc@gmail.com or call (888) 842‑4188 within 7 days.

    Include: invoice number, shipment details, nature of the problem, and supporting evidence.

    We’ll respond within 5 business days.

    If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

    We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or service credits based on degree of non‑performance.

  1. Service Credits

Instead of refunds, we may offer service credits toward future services. Credits:

    Are non‑transferable.

    Expire after 6 months.

    Reflect only the agreed-upon refund value.

  1. Dispute Resolution

 

If you disagree with our decision, contact us at brizopowerllc@gmail.com or (888) 842‑4188. We’ll review and may escalate internally. If unresolved after 30 days, both parties may pursue legal remedies as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
